Metro Fire is a subscriber to the Sacramento Regional Radio Communications System (SRRCS).
Metro Fire’s Communications Manager represents the fire district in various committees to help improve the regional radio system. Through the Radio Enhancement, Systems Management Group (SMG), and Technical Advisory Committee (TAC), radio policies are created and voted upon for the Sacramento Regional Radio Communications System.
Sacramento Metropolitan Fire District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and channels of communication to all members of the public.
