On the Way! Safe Travel Tips for Everyone
Whether you're walking, biking, driving, or using other forms of transportation, safety starts with making smart choices every day. Through funding provided by Sacramento County's CalFresh Healthy Living Program, a series of educational videos has been developed to help community members safely navigate our roads, sidewalks, and trails.
The "On the Way!" video series provides practical safety tips for people of all ages and includes:
Safe Walking Tips
Safe Biking Tips
Safe Driving Tips
View the video series here: bit.ly/OTWSafeTips
The videos are available for schools, community organizations, and agencies to share through educational programs, websites, newsletters, and social media platforms. To ensure consistent messaging, please share the videos in their original format, without edits.
To make these resources accessible to more community members, translated closed captions are available in Spanish, Hmong, Pashto, and Russian.
We encourage you to explore these valuable safety resources and help spread the message of safe travel throughout Sacramento County.
